An at-risk 19-year-old woman was reported missing after being last seen Monday in Westminster, prompting the issuance of an Endangered Missing Advisory.
Savannah Ceballos was last seen near Azalea Street and Orchid Drive at approximately 5 p.m. Monday, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Westminster Police Department.
Ceballos was described as a 5-foot-5-inch-tall woman weighing 180 pounds with brown hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing a tan sweatshirt, gray shorts and sandals.
Anyone with information regarding Ceballos’ whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The Endangered Missing Advisory is an alert designated for the suspicious disappearance of at-risk endangered individuals.
