A 21-year-old man was charged Tuesday with making a bomb threat against a business in Lake Forest.
Maxwell Evan Perry was charged with a felony count of malicious informing of a false bomb Friday against the Wellness Center South, 23072 Lake Center Drive.
Perry pleaded not guilty at his arraignment in the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana. His bail was set at $25,000 and he is next due in court Aug. 6 in the Harbor Justice Center in Newport Beach for a pretrial hearing.
