A person was struck and killed by a vehicle Friday on eastbound Interstate 10 in Blythe.
The fatality was reported about 11:18 a.m. Friday east of Wiley’s Well Road, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Paramedics pronounced the person dead at the scene shortly before noon.
The circumstances of the crash were not immediately known.
