A 55-year-old man was charged Friday with sexually assaulting three girls in Costa Mesa.
Jose Solis-Espinoza was charged with three felony counts of lewd or lascivious acts with a minor younger than 14. The alleged attacks occurred in January 2005, 2007 and 2008, according to the criminal complaint.
Solis-Espinoza did not enter a plea Friday at his arraignment in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana. He was next due in court Aug. 22 for arraignment in the West Justice Center in Westminster.
