A 66-year-old man with a cognitive impairment went missing Sunday from Lancaster and sheriff’s detectives asked the public for help finding him.
Leonard Jones was last seen about 3:40 p.m. Sunday in the 1300 block of Meadow View Lane, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Jones’ family is concerned about him due to his cognitive impairment.
Jones is cescribed as Black, 6 feet tall, 225 pounds, bald with brown eyes, last seen wearing a blue bucket hat, white shirt, gray swim trunks and black high-top shoes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts was asked to call the sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
