A man died Saturday in a Hawthorne hospital after being involved in what the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department would only term an “incident.”
The incident occurred about 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the 14000 block of Cerise Avenue, near Rosecrans Avenue, according to the LASD. The man was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
There was no victim or suspect information provided.
Sheriff’s homicide detectives helped Hawthorne Police Department with the investigation to determine how and why the man died.
