Firefighters Saturday knocked down an outside fire threatening a two-story commercial building in East Hollywood, authorities said.
Firefighters were dispatched at 7:21 a.m. to 600 N. Vermont Ave., the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire was under investigation.
