The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Sunday circulated a photo of an 82-year-old diabetic man who went missing in Norwalk, authorities said.
Ramon Encinas may be headed to the 100 block of 16th Street in Douglas, Arizona, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Encinas was last seen about 8:30 a.m. Saturday in the 12100 block of Busiris Avenue.
He was described as a 5-foot, 10-inch tall Latino man weighing 210 pounds with brown eyes, gray hair, a goatee and wears glasses. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and a black Notre Dame baseball cap.
