A motorcycle rider was killed after they crashed into a parked pickup truck Thursday in Azusa.
California Highway Patrol officers along with officers from the Azusa Police Department responded to 195 West Gladstone St., west of South Azusa Avenue at 12:07 a.m. Thursday regarding a collision, CHP Officer Elizabeth Kravig told City News Service.
The victim, whose name, gender and age were not immediately known, was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles Fire Department personnel.
The CHP will be in charge of investigating the collision.
