Firefighters Saturday knocked a second-alarm fire at a one-story commercial building in South El Monte.
Firefighters were dispatched at 5:57 a.m. Saturday to the 1200 block of North Santa Anita Avenue and had the fire out at 9:11 a.m., according to a Los Angeles County Fire Department public information officer.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
