A 1-month-old boy found not breathing at a home in Lancaster was identified Monday by authorities.
Deputies were called at 8:19 a.m. Sunday to a report of a child not breathing at a home in the 44000 block of Beech Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Lancaster station.
Paramedics arrived minutes later but did not transport anyone to a hospital, the Los Angeles County Fire Department said.
The county Medical Examiner’s office identified the child as Giovanni Miranda, a 1-month-27-day-old boy. His cause of death was not specified.
