A 16-year-old girl who went missing in Long Beach has been found safe and unharmed, authorities said Monday.
Zaniah A. Alexander, who had made suicidal threats, had last been seen at approximately 7:50 p.m. Sunday leaving her residence in the 5700 block of California Avenue, between 56th and South streets, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
She was located around 1 p.m. Monday safe and unarmed, according to a police statement.
