A 16-year-old Newport Beach boy suffered fatal injuries while riding an e-bike in the city last week, officials said Monday.
The victim was identified as Jagger Boys, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Coroner’s Department.
He was riding near Superior Avenue and Nice Lane just before 6 p.m. Sept. 23 when he crashed the e-bike, police said. Boys was taken to an area hospital, where he died Friday.
