A 33-year-old man who authorities said has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and who might possibly be heading to Cudahy Park was reported missing after last being seen in Cudahy.

Fabian Barajas was last contacted by his family Wednesday at 1:30 p.m., the Sheriff’s Information Bureau said.

Barajas is Latino, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 215 pounds, has brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt and black pants. According to the sheriff’s department, Barajas could be headed for Cudahy Park, 5220 Santa Ana St. west of River Road in Cudahy.

Anyone who has seen Barajas or knows of his whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriffs’ Department’s Missing Persons Unit at 323 890-5500. Callers who wish to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or visit lacrimestoppers.org.
