Three people sustained minor injuries in a collision between a Metro train and a car in the Crenshaw District of Los Angeles Friday.
The crash involving an Expo Line train was reported about 12:15 a.m. Friday in the 3600 block of South Buckingham Avenue, near the intersection of Exposition Boulevard, near the Expo Line Crenshaw Station.
All three patients were taken to a hospital, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The car did not end up under the train, an LAFD spokeswoman said.
Expo Line trains were turning around at the Farmdale and Crenshaw Expo Line stations while the response and investigation were underway, according to Metro.
