Police are investigating a shooting in Long Beach where officers located evidence of gunfire but no injuries were reported, authorities said Sunday.
Officers dispatched at about 9 p.m. Saturday to the 1000 block of Dawson Avenue, near Cherry Avenue and 10th Street, located evidence that a shooting had occurred, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
“Suspect information and the motive for the shooting is under investigation,” according to a police statement. “No injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing.”
