A motorcyclist died Monday on the transition from the southbound Orange (57) Freeway to the westbound Riverside (91) Freeway in Anaheim.
The crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 12:08 a.m. Monday.
A witness told the CHP the motorcycle was run off the road. There was no description noted of the vehicle believed responsible.
Caltrans set up a hard closure shutting down the transition road for the investigation.
