One person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway in Agua Dulce, authorities said Monday.
The crash was reported at 9:27 p.m. Sunday on the northbound Antelope Valley Freeway just south of Escondido Canyon Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A witness told the CHP one of the vehicles was on top of another.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics announced they were treating other injured people.
The CHP issued a SigAlert at 9:54 p.m. shutting down two northbound lanes. It was cancelled at 2:20 a.m. Monday.
I didnot see the crash but the traffic on the 14 Southbound was totally backed up about 6pm for the same thing, fatal car crash going Northbound. It qas just reported about and put on here about in the 9iah hour.
