The second person fatally shot in the Windsor Square neighborhood of Los Angeles was identified Wednesday.

Officers from the Los Angeles Police Department’s Wilshire Community Police Station were called to the 200 block of North Ridgewood Place between Beverly Boulevard and First Street at approximately 11:45 p.m. Oct. 22 regarding a shooting and found a man and a woman suffering from gunshot wounds, Lt. Sean Kinchla of the department’s Robbery-Homicide Division told reporters.

The victims were pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner on Friday identified the woman as 34-year-old Jenna Baeza, who died from a gunshot wound to the neck. The other victim was identified Wednesday by the medical examiner as 39-year-old Jack Risemberg, who sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head.

Kinchla said a second woman was also wounded in the shooting and was taken to a hospital, but is expected to survive.

Fox11 reported a handgun police believe was used in the shooting was recovered at the scene.
