An investigation was underway Saturday into the death of a person at or around a medical clinic in Arcadia.
The California Highway Patrol assigned the first unit at 3:47 p.m. Saturday to respond to 468 E. Santa Clara St., according to the agency’s online log. It is near Fifth Avenue and the Foothill (210) Freeway. The log noted the fatality was to the rear of the building.
The address is the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles Arcadia Specialty Clinic, according to a Google Search.
The CHP would only confirm an active investigation was underway into the death of an individual. Additional details were not available.
Late Saturday afternoon, the CHP and Arcadia Police Department were trying to determine which agency would investigate the death.
