The California Highway Patrol has issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for a 62-year-old woman who is considered at-risk and who has gone missing from Hemet under unexplainable circumstances.
Janet Marie Cross was last seen at about 6 p.m. Sunday at Shadow Lane and South Meridian Street, according to the CHP.
Cross walks with a cane, the CHP said.
She is white, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 155 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. A description of her clothing was not available.
Anyone who sees Cross was urged to call 911.
An Endangered Missing Advisory is issued by law enforcement agencies for people missing under unexplainable or suspicious circumstances or vulnerable and believed to be in peril, according to the CHP. It is issued after the investigating law enforcement agency has tried all available local resources.
