A multi-county Silver Alert is in effect Thursday for a 76-year-old man who was reported missing after he was last seen in Chino Hills.
Trang Do was most recently seen at approximately 12:07 p.m. Wednesday at Bayberry Drive and Peyton Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued the alert on behalf of the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
Do is Asian, 4 feet 10 inches tall, weighs 110 pounds, has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing white pajamas. Authorities say Do is believed to be traveling on foot.
The alert is in effect for Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
Anyone who has seen Do or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
The CHP established the Silver Alert program to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
