Several vehicles collided on the Ventura (101) Freeway in Encino Thursday, injuring two people.
The crash was reported about 11:50 a.m. Thursday on the northbound Ventura (101) Freeway near White Oak Avenue, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Overhead shots from ABC7 showed six vehicles involved. The station reported that one of the drivers may have suffered a medical emergency.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the collision, and took two people to a hospital, said department spokeswoman Jennifer Middleton. She had no details on their ages, genders or conditions.
Three northbound lanes were closed for the crash response and investigation.
All lanes were reopened by 1:35 p.m., according to the CHP.
