A man was shot to death Sunday in an unincorporated area bordering Huntington Park.
The shooting was reported around 2:45 p.m. Sunday in the 6300 block of Holmes Avenue, near Wilmington Avenue and Alameda Street, in the Florence-Firestone area, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The victim was pronounced dead at a hospital. His name was not immediately released.
There was no suspect or motive information provided.
