Authorities sought the public’s assistance Wednesday in locating an at-risk 14-year-old girl last seen in Bellflower.
Amathyste Garcia was last seen around 2:15 p.m. on Monday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Amathyste was described as a 5-foot-1-inch-tall Hispanic girl weighing 125 pounds with brown eyes and red hair with blue highlights. She was last seen wearing a black short-sleeve shirt and blue jeans.
