The second victim of a fatal shooting at an apartment complex in Pomona was identified by county authorities Thursday.
The county medical examiner’s office identified the second victim as Benjamin Aguilar Orozco, 57.
Pomona Police Department officers responded at 6:40 p.m. Monday to the complex at 750 East Third Street, west of South Towne Avenue, regarding a shots fired call, according to reports from the scene.
The first victim, identified Tuesday by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner as Brianna Sanchez, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Pomona Police Department homicide detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shootings.
