Two people were injured Friday — one critically — when a vehicle crashed into a utility pole and a street light in Van Nuys.
The single-vehicle crash was reported around 1:40 p.m. Friday at 15340 W. Victory Blvd., west of Sepulveda Boulevard, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart.
“There was no extrication required and both patients are being transported, with one in critical condition,” Stewart said.
The names, ages and genders of the injured were not available.
The cause of the crash was not yet known.
