Firefighters extinguished a fire in the attic of a one-story duplex in Sun Valley in 20 minutes Friday evening with no injuries reported.
The fire at 7343 N. Tujunga Ave., between Lankershim Boulevard and Vineland Avenue, was reported at 10:08 p.m. Friday, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The 34 firefighters assigned to the blaze were able to confine it to one unit, Stewart said.
