A 43-year-old man was behind bars Friday on charges of selling and possessing a large volume of narcotics in Fountain Valley and Garden Grove.
Fountain Valley police first arrested Minh Hien Tran in May as officers responded to a domestic dispute in the 16000 block of Rosewood Street, police said. Tran was arrested and officers seized four guns, police said.

Fountain Valley police started an undercover operation and saw Tran allegedly selling drugs on Nov. 14, and police intercepted the package of ketamine, police said.
Tran was arrested by Garden Grove police on Nov. 22 and later charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell and two counts of sale or transport of a controlled substance, all felonies.
Tran was released on bailed Nov. 23.
Fountain Valley police’s undercover unit allegedly saw Tran selling drugs and arrested him on Nov. 25, police said.
In that arrest, police seized 141.1 grams of ketamine, 67.5 grams of cocaine, 94 grams of crack, 79 grams of MDMA, 13.4 grams of mushrooms, 178 Ecstasy pills, 83 capsules of Molly, 161 suspected counterfeit Xanax pills, 578 pills of suspected counterfeit Adderall, and 621 pills of suspected counterfeit Norco, police said.
