Authorities Monday were investigating the death of a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle Monday in the of Commerce.
The crash at West Whittier Boulevard and Williamson Avenue was reported to the California Highway Patrol about 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
The CHP did not state whether the driver stopped, as required by law.
The identity of the victim was not immediately made public.
