An at-risk 89-year-old man who was reported missing after last being seen in West Hollywood has been located, authorities announced Tuesday.
Lino Pierdomenico had last been seen at 1:30 p.m. Friday near Harper and Fountain avenues, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
He has since been located, but no additional details were provided about when or where he was found.
The CHP established the Silver Alert program to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled, or cognitively impaired individuals.
