A 52-year-old man who was struck and killed by a vehicle on Sepulveda Boulevard in Torrance was identified Tuesday.
The victim was struck about 11:25 p.m. Sunday in the area of Border Avenue, according to the Torrance Police Department.
He was identified Tuesday by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner as Michael Hernandez, who sustained traumatic injuries.
Hernandez was not in a crosswalk when he was hit.
A police lieutenant said the driver stopped and showed no signs of intoxication.
