Authorities sought the public’s assistance Wednesday in locating a 68-year-old woman last seen in Watts.
Bertha Lee Ann Thomas was last seen at 9 p.m. Monday in the 11000 block of Wilmington Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Thomas was described as a 5-foot-8-inch-tall Black woman weighing 250 pounds with red and black braided hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black, gray, and white sweatsuit with gold rings on both hands.
Sheriff’s officials said Thomas has an unspecified medical condition that requires medication.
Thomas is presumed to be in the 800 block of North Acacia Avenue in Compton, according to sheriff’s officials.
