Authorities were asking for the public’s help Thursday in locating an at-risk 64-year-old man with an unspecified medical condition who went missing in Compton.
Willard King was last seen around 1:15 p.m. Thursday in the 1000 block of West 127th Place near the intersection of Grandee Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
King was described as a 5-feet-10-inch tall Black man, weighing around 214 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and tattoos on his left and right arms. He was last seen wearing a brown sweater, black track pants and sandals.
He was believed to have been using a walker or cane, sheriff’s officials said.
