A man was killed and a woman wounded Thursday in a shooting police described as a case of domestic violence.
The shooting was reported at 7:15 a.m. in the 14600 block of Rex Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The man, who police described as the suspect in the case, was pronounced dead at the scene, an LAPD spokeswoman said.
The woman, described as a victim, was taken to a hospital, but an update on her condition was not immediately available.
