A 57-year-old man was charged Friday with killing another man in Buena Park last month.
Barney Lee was charged with murder with a sentencing enhancement for the personal use of a deadly weapon.
Lee was arrested Wednesday night at Buena Park Psychic, at 7465 La Palma Ave., according to Buena Park police Sgt. Martin Tomsick.
Lee is accused of killing 29-year-old Elton Harrell of Buena Park, Tomsick said.
Police were called about 9:40 p.m. Dec. 29 to the area of La Palma and Western avenues regarding a man who had been assaulted, Tomsick said.
Officers arrived and found the victim, who was rushed to a hospital and later pronounced dead, Tomsick said.
Investigators have not released details about a possible motive nor how the victim was killed, and it remains unclear how the two men knew each other, Tomsick said.
