Firefighters Sunday knocked down an outside fire that had extended into the interior of a row of one-story commercial units in the Hancock Park community of Los Angeles, authorities said.

They were dispatched at 6:25 a.m. to 612 S. La Brea Ave. and had the fire out within 27 minutes of their arrival, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
