A 31-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman are hospitalized Friday after the truck they were traveling in rolled over and crashed in Pacoima.
The crash occurred at 8:48 p.m. Thursday at 13840 W. Van Nuys Blvd. east of the Golden State (5) Freeway. Los Angeles Police Department officers were pursuing an alleged stolen pickup truck when they located the victims after the crash, said Los Angeles Fire Department LAFD spokeswoman Lyndsey Lantz.
The victims were taken to a hospital by LAFD paramedics. A third victim, a 38-year- old man, is listed in fair condition, Lantz said.
It was not immediately known what prompted the pursuit.
