A person was found dead Saturday at a Long Beach intersection.
Long Beach Police Department officers responded about 9:10 a.m. Saturday to the area of 10th Street and Long Beach Boulevard, LBPD Sgt. Laurie Barajas told City News Service.
The person was pronounced dead at the scene, Barajas said. The person’s name, approximate age and gender were not immediately provided.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office will determine how the person died and whether a crime was committed.
“The investigation is ongoing,” Barajas said.
