No injuries were reported when a bullet pierced a wall at a home in Long Beach, authorities said Saturday.
Officers dispatched at about 6:10 p.m. Friday to a “shots” call in the 500 block of East Sixth Street, a few blocks east of Long Beach Boulevard, contacted a homeowner who found a bullet struck in an interior wall at the residence, the Long Beach Police Department reported.
“Officers located strike marks on the residence to indicate a shooting occurred,” according to a police statement. “No suspect information is known at this time. Evidence was collected. The investigation is ongoing.”
