Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department detectives Thursday are investigating the fatal shooting of a teen in La Puente .
The shooting was reported at approximately 5:15 p.m. Wednesday near North Orange Avenue and Amar Road, said sheriff’s homicide Lt. Michael Modica.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
