A 28-year-old Riverside man with mental health difficulties who vanished a week ago has been located, authorities said Saturday.
Mark Anthony Vasquez was previously last seen Jan. 23 in the area of Mission Inn Avenue and Mulberry Street in downtown Riverside, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Information about where Vasquez was located was not available.
