An adult was discovered dead Monday in Paramount, prompting an investigation by Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau detectives.
Deputies were summoned at approximately 6:35 p.m. to near the 7200 block of Motz Street, near Orange Avenue and Alondra Boulevard, according to the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, but details leading up to the person’s death were not immediately available. Their name was being withheld pending notification of relatives.
Investigators did not provide a description of the suspect as they continued their ongoing investigation on Monday evening.
