An at-risk 91-year-old man with memory loss who had gone missing after last being seen Monday in Rosemead has been located.
Richard Rodriguez had last been seen at 9:15 a.m. Friday in the 3500 block of Rosemead Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Officials did not say when or where Rodriguez was found, nor his condition when located.
