An at-risk 61-year old man who authorities said is dependent on medication and was last seen in Azusa has been located, authorities announced Tuesday.
Richard Torres had last been seen Monday at 1:30 p.m. in the 18800 block of Mauna Loa Avenue between Calera and Barranca avenues, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
There was no mention of when and where Torres was found, nor of his condition.
