A investigation is underway Tuesday in Palmdale by Los Angeles County Sheriffs’ Department’s detectives surrounding the death of a man found dead in an open field.
LASD deputies responded at approximately 8 a.m. Monday to the 3700 block of East Avenue P-8 and 25th East Street where the body was found, said LASD Lt. Daniel Vizcarra
The victim, whose name, age and gender were not immediately known, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A Palmdale Station watch commander told City News Service the department’s Homicide Bureau is now in charge of the investigation into the victim’s death.

It’s sad how all these bodies coming up dead. I believe we have a series killer on the loose. I pray his / her family gets justice.
