A 70-year old man who authorities said was at risk because of a mental health condition was located Tuesday.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced earlier Tuesday that authorities were seeking Elzie Butler, who had last been seen on Jan. 16 at 3:30 p.m.
The sheriff’s department did not have a last known location for Butler and no details were released about when or where he was found and what condition he was in.
