A 28-year-old Desert Hot Springs man is behind bars for his alleged involvement in online child exploitation, authorities said Wednesday.
The man, who was not identified, was arrested Feb. 5 and a search warrant was executed at his residence, according to the Desert Hot Springs Police Department.
He was booked on suspicion of possession of child pornography and committing a felony while out on bail, police said.
He remains held in lieu of $200,000 bail.
Police said the suspect was out on bail for an unrelated felony evading case.
No further information was immediately available.
