A search was underway Monday for a 16-year-old girl who went missing from Maywood.
Ivannah Danielle Ayala was last seen at 11 a.m. Sunday on the 4000 block of East 54th Street with a possible destination of the 6900 block of Crafton Avenue in the city of Bell, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Ayala is Hispanic, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, wearing glasses, and a pink sweater.
Anyone with information about where Ayala is or might be was asked to call Det. J. Cuevas or the watch commander at the East Los Angeles Sheriff’s Station at 323-264-4151. Anonymous tips can be phoned-in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
