One person was killed in a crash involving a motorcycle Wednesday morning on the San Diego (405) Freeway in Long Beach.
The multiple-vehicle crash was reported at 6:53 a.m. Wednesday on the southbound side of the freeway just north of Long Beach Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was later identified by the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office as 28-year-old Andres Alfaro.
